This is a very proactive role and will require a determined and focused approach which would suit someone with a sales biased mentality.
Making proactive outbound calls to end users, facilities companies, wholesalers & trade. This will include existing customers and prospective.
Taking incoming customer enquiries from those above on a daily basis.
Producing customer Hire & Sale quotations & letters, sending out relevant literature.
Liaising closely with relevant field sales representatives, booking in site surveys, following up their quotes and keeping their diary.
Regular updating of company in-house database.
Compile localized mailshots on a regular basis and follow up.
Liaising with other departments and offices on a daily basis.
General administration duties, i.e. photocopying, faxing, filing etc.
