My client, an established and successful IT recruitment company is looking for a pro-active, dedicated person to join their existing team based near to Redhill.
The successful candidate will have ideally come from an IT Recruitment background, but successful consultants from other fields will also be considered. It is essential that candidates have first class communication skills as my client believes very much in working in a consultative basis, providing excellent service in this competitive field. Therefore, experience of liaising with blue chip client in a high pressure sales environment is a definite advantage.
My client is looking for people with very strong business development skills, who can forge strong working relationships with clients.
A driving license is required for this role, due to the location and the need to visit clients.
This role pays a basic of up to £20k, plus car allowance plus commission (monthly and quarterly). OTE - £35k to £70k plus
