My client, a leader in the Travel market, is looking for pro-active and friendly people to work in their call centre in Crawley.
This is a very friendly working environment, with bright and modern offices close to the station. You will be working as part of a team, with full on going training provided and good opportunities for career development. My client also offers fantastic benefits in addition to a competitive salary.
The role will involve taking calls from customers in respect of their holidays, and offering advice on additional products that the company can offer to supplement their total package.
It is therefore essential that candidates have excellent interpersonal skills to encourage potential customers to purchase the additional benefits that the company can provide to add quality to a holiday, ie hotel up-grades, car hire etc.
This is a targeted role (with potential for high achievers to earn up to £25k) so previous sales experience is preferred, ideally in a targeted environment, though candidates with call centre / travel experience will also be considered. A passion for travel is a distinct advantage!
This role will involve working shifts between 8am and 10pm, and including some weekends (latest finish 8pm)
