My client who is one of the UK’s leading independent specialist insurance product providers and administrators is seeking an experienced Claims Controller to join a professional team in a busy environment.
Based on the Isle of Wight, the role involves ensuring that all procedures and adhered to with regard to the completion of received claims, validating staff understanding of the internal claims process, ensuring these validations are recorded and updated. Assisting in preparing new scripts and processes for all claims and to be responsible for all the claims team training needs.
You must have experience of supervising teams within a regulated environment, be FSA legislation experienced with quality monitoring and internal audit experience. Your personal attributes must include self motivation, a good team player, articulate with excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
