We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to run a processes/client services department for a top notch finance company.
This role involves running a team of people, managing and directing to ensure that processes run smoothly and high standards of client service are developed and maintained.
Essential requirements include strong management skills and experience of a process driven environment, client facing and some project management experience gained from within the financial services or flexible benefits industry. Experience with Project tool kit is an advantage.
