Our client, who is market leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a Team Leader with solid customer service experience within the Financial Services Industry who can show a good understanding of the financial markets and have a proven record of supervising/managing a team to achieve targets.
The role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to take responsibility for the organisation, motivation, management and development of a team of approximately 10 administrators and senior administrators in a busy financial administration department.
Essential experience/Skills required
Solid customer service experience within the Financial Services Industry in a professional office environment including -
Working knowledge of the Regulatory environment
At least 2 years experience of the management of Financial Services Industry administration staff including the following:-
Employee appraisals
Performance management
Absence management
Recruitment
Ability to review and interpret FSA requirements into work practices and procedures.
Knowledge of pension scheme administration legislation is desirable.
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and familiar with computerised administration systems essential.
O level/GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above or equivalent essential.
