My client is looking for 3 experienced Administrators to work in their busy call centre environment. The successful applicants will have the following skills:

The role will involve the following:
To review and authorise all loan administration that are not automatically processed. Evaluate individual cases, against given procedure, to assess if loans should be authorised or declined Maintain and develop regular contact with nominated brokers in order to assist in the evaluation of cases and any problems they may have Establish and develop relationships with allocated Sales Account Manager and other ‘dedicated team’ members to ensure optimum service and communications are achieved at all times Liaise with other departments where necessary to resolve any loan queries/enquiries Take ownership of resolving issues on loans that have already been authorised Ensure batches are completed correctly and passed to relevant team/department Liaise with team leader to ensure daily workload target is completed Take ownership for resolving loans kept in ‘hold pile’ as directed Demonstrate a proactive attitude to change, helping to identify and implement new working methods to improve service and performance Contact brokers to verify details on application forms
