The Company
My client is an established and well respected Finance & Insurance brokerage that deal with many different sectors. They are renowned for their award winning life insurance services and are proud of their commitment to customer service and employee retention.
The Role
My client has 2 vacancies within their Farnham branch for Telesales Executives. As a Telesales Executive you will be required to visit warm clients from a database of current, lost and new potential clients and advise and sell the companies products and services.
Requirements
My client is looking for an experienced field sales person with the ability to build rapport, qualify, handle objections and close via face to face appointments. You will ideally have a proven Telesales background however my client will consider applications from people who have worked within all targeted sales environments, mainly telesales.
The Rewards
This role pays £15k basic with a realistic OTE of £30k. The commission structure is uncapped so the more appointments you close the more you will earn. The current team are averaging between £25-30k per annum and some are earning in excess of £35k per annum with commission.
