My client is a well established and well respected Finance & Insurance Broker based in Farnham, Surrey. They are renowned for their superb training and ongoing support that they provide to their employees.
The Role
My client has a vacancy for a Life Team Leader it will be your responsibility to oversee a team of 6 Life Consultants; monitoring performance, motivating and training. The current team are selling to 43% of enquiries earning you a total salary of £43k per annum.
Suitable to
You will have at least 18 months experience in a similar role and an understanding of either the financial or insurance industry. You will be a dynamic and motivated person who is used to working in a targeted environment.
