My client is looking for a new IT Service Administrator. Ideally you would have some working experience as a Service Desk Administrator or at the least carry a good degree based in IT.
Purpose of Role: To work as a member of the Service Desk to ensure the constant and efficient running of the companys IT systems.
Key Responsibilities: Prioritise own workload once allocated by team leader Carry out all tasks in line with departmental processes and procedures Liaise with all company personnel regarding IT issues Responsible for user administration across all relevant systems Set up and disabling of users on network systems Provide technical support for users on all applications within SLAs Liaising with remote users over queries Responsible for problem resolution/escalation as appropriate Responsible for file back up and restoration Carry out hardware and software audits Undertaking laptop/pc builds and upgrades Assisting with office moves and general relocation of hardware Working on a rota basis to provide required Service Desk cover Other duties as may be required
Measures of Success: Ensure all SLAs are adhered to Positive feedback from end-users All procedures/policies adhered to Attendance in line with company average
Key Skills / Knowledge Required: Exceptional Customer Service Attention to detail Ability to work on own and as part of a team Good working knowledge of PCs
