Terms and conditions

1. This contract is written with the sole jurisdiction of the English courts and according to English Law.

2. When calculating payment please ensure that you use the prices listed on this website.

3. If you are paying by credit/debit card please note that your card will be debited prior to us starting work on your CV, so that we can ensure that your card is valid and that there is sufficient funds/credit in the account to pay CVsimplicity.

4. Please note that once you have placed an order by email, post, fax, telephone, or by any other means it cannot be cancelled once we have started working on it.

5. Orders will normally be despatched within 24 hours. If you require your order to be prepared within a specified deadline please contact us before placing your order.

6. If your cheque/credit/debit card is not honoured by your bank/card issuer then the following conditions will apply to your order: an invoice will be despatched to you requesting payment for the full amount; you must send payment (as detailed on the invoice) in full within 7 days from the date on the invoice; an additional charge of £10 will be added to your account if payment is not received within 7 days from the date on the invoice.

7. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
